Kohli is a dynamic and internationally recognized dentist from Delhi, India. He has established himself as an entrepreneur, successfully leading two private dental practices and two hospital setups in his home country. With a deep-rooted passion for dentistry, Kohli built a strong reputation over six years of dedicated service before shifting his base to Canada in 2017. His journey in Canada began with a refreshing career shift into the banking sector, where he expanded his skill set and honed his leadership abilities. However, his commitment to dentistry remained unwavering. In 2019, Kohli took on the challenge of re-entering the profession through the National Dental Examination Board of Canada (NDEB) pathway. His hard work and determination paid off as he successfully cleared the Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge (AFK) in 2019 and the Assessment of Clinical Judgment (ACJ) in 2020, securing an impressive score of 83. Kohli’s dedication to education has been one of the defining features of his career. He is not only a practitioner but also an enthusiastic teacher who is deeply invested in helping his fellow colleagues and aspiring dentists succeed. His teaching efforts extend beyond conventional practices as he devotes much of his time to mentoring and conducting specialized dental courses. Outside the world of dentistry, Kohli is a man of many interests. He has a deep love for cooking, constantly experimenting with new dishes that blend flavors from around the world. Traveling is another passion, and he treasures the opportunity to explore new destinations with his family, creating memories that reflect his adventurous spirit. Whether it’s in the clinic, the classroom, or the kitchen, Kohli brings an infectious energy and enthusiasm to all he does, making him a well-rounded and inspiring figure in his field.

Niti Chopra is a distinguished professional with a remarkable academic and career trajectory. With an MBA, where she graduated as a gold medalist, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious University of Toronto, she combines academic excellence with practical expertise. Her extensive background in personnel selection and interview training has equipped her with a deep understanding of the Situational Judgement Test, making her an invaluable resource for those seeking to enhance their skills in this area. As a dedicated educator, Chopra has consistently been at the top of her class and is known for her passion for teaching. Her students admire her engaging style and ability to inspire them to reach their full potential. Her commitment to education is matched only by her exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, which make her the heart of any management team. Chopra fosters a collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to achieve their best. In her free time, she embraces her love for travel and exploration, often sharing these experiences with her daughter and family. This passion for discovery not only enriches her life but also inspires her creative approach to event planning and management. Amani began her own dental practice in 2013 after receiving her training from Beirut Arab University and additional training programs in periodontology and Advanced General Dentistry. Like our other instructors, she successfully cleared her AFK, ACJ and NDECC exams. Amani is dedicated to helping fellow dentists attain their goals.
NDECC Clinical Instructor
Mahima, originally from New Delhi, India, completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontics from the well-reputed Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi. In 2021, she moved to Canada to pursue further studies in Healthcare Administration, where she earned a Program Achievement Award for her academic performance. Her commitment to her professional growth led her to begin her National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) journey in 2022, and she successfully cleared the NDECC exam held in October 2024 on her first attempt. Outside of her professional endeavors, Mahima enjoys reading, spending quality time with family, and DIY crafts.
NDECC Clinical Instructor
Mohit Khanna is the third generation of dentists in his family. He obtained his BDS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. Shortly after graduating, Mohit started working as a lecturer in a dental college, along with managing his practice in India. He also completed two PG diplomas in esthetics and surgery. In 2019, Mohit started his NDEB journey and successfully completed the AFK, ACJ, and NDECC examinations. Along with clearing the INDEB examination in the first attempt. Mohit is committed to supporting and motivating fellow aspirants and aiming to make a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Outside his professional pursuits in dentistry, he has a strong interest in sports. He attributes his success to the belief that "failures are your best teachers.”
NDECC Clinical and SJ Instructor
Roshini Gopal is a young and energetic, extremely driven individual. Her passion for quality dentistry drove her half-way across the world from India. After earning her bachelor's degree from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, she completed a Gold filling certification course from Indian Academy of Gold Foil Operators (IAGFO), Division of American Academy of Gold Foil Operators (AAGFO). She went on to become the clinical head of a renowned clinic in Chennai for 3 years before setting her foot into the NDEB equivalency process. Roshini migrated to Canada in 2019, to kick start her equivalency process and cleared the AFK and ACJ exams in 2020 and the NDECC in 2023. After making her dream of being a dentist in Canada come true, she joins team JADE with her calm demeanor and a “never say never” attitude to help internationally trained dentists achieve their goals. While she’s at it, she loves biking and exploring new trails in and around Toronto during her free time and she also enjoys cooking.
NDECC Clinical Instructor
Kajal Mavla is a dedicated dentist with a strong academic background. She earned her BDS degree from GDC, Jamnagar, India in 2017, and further specialized in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from GDC, Ahmedabad, India in 2021. After relocating to Canada in 2022, Kajal embarked on the NDEB equivalency process, successfully completing it in 2023-2025 by passing the AFK, ACJ, and NDECC exams. Beyond her passion for root canals and delivering exceptional patient care, she enjoys exploring trails with her family, nurturing plants, and watching reruns of 'The Office'.

Aparna Maria Jacob earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences, India, in 2019. Shortly after relocating to Canada, she began her licensure process with the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) and successfully completed the NDECC in 2025. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and baking.
ADAT Instructor
An internationally trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. His passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery led him to pursue this specialty after he cleared various national entrance exams in India. Four hospital empanelments and numerous clinic associations throughout the entire south Gujarat belt of India gave him a wealth of clinical experience in the first 5 years of practice. Following this, he spent 4 years practicing as a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at VPS Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It wasn't long before his expertise was recognized, and he became the medical center's Clinical Director. He passed the INBDE, MFDS Part 1(UK), ADAT, and AFK in the 1st attempt within 8 months of moving to Canada, and was invited to interview at four Canadian and US universities. He has been accepted into the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists(ASPID) at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and Advanced Placement Program at University of Alberta. Pandya enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge with fellow dentists. He loves exploring new places with his family and trying different adventure sports in his free time.
ADAT Instructor
Sunita is a committed professional and instructor who loves to make all aspects of dentistry easier to understand for fellow dentists. She is a passionate clinician and an effective communicator. She completed her Bachelor's in Dentistry and Master's in Periodontology from India. After practicing in India for 6 years, she shifted to Abu Dhabi, UAE to practice further as a Periodontist for 4 years. Over the course of 8 months, she passed three exams - INBDE, ADAT, and AFK - on the first attempt after moving to Canada. She has received acceptance from the University of Alberta Masters (MSc) Periodontology Program and International Dentist Advanced Placement Program (IDAPP) at the University of Toronto. Her primary interest has always been periodontology and she will be pursuing a residency in the field. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and playing Badminton.
