Kohli is a dynamic and internationally recognized dentist from Delhi, India. He has established himself as an entrepreneur, successfully leading two private dental practices and two hospital setups in his home country. With a deep-rooted passion for dentistry, Kohli built a strong reputation over six years of dedicated service before shifting his base to Canada in 2017. His journey in Canada began with a refreshing career shift into the banking sector, where he expanded his skill set and honed his leadership abilities. However, his commitment to dentistry remained unwavering. In 2019, Kohli took on the challenge of re-entering the profession through the National Dental Examination Board of Canada (NDEB) pathway. His hard work and determination paid off as he successfully cleared the Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge (AFK) in 2019 and the Assessment of Clinical Judgment (ACJ) in 2020, securing an impressive score of 83. Kohli’s dedication to education has been one of the defining features of his career. He is not only a practitioner but also an enthusiastic teacher who is deeply invested in helping his fellow colleagues and aspiring dentists succeed. His teaching efforts extend beyond conventional practices as he devotes much of his time to mentoring and conducting specialized dental courses. Outside the world of dentistry, Kohli is a man of many interests. He has a deep love for cooking, constantly experimenting with new dishes that blend flavors from around the world. Traveling is another passion, and he treasures the opportunity to explore new destinations with his family, creating memories that reflect his adventurous spirit. Whether it’s in the clinic, the classroom, or the kitchen, Kohli brings an infectious energy and enthusiasm to all he does, making him a well-rounded and inspiring figure in his field.

Niti Chopra is a distinguished professional with a remarkable academic and career trajectory. With an MBA, where she graduated as a gold medalist, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious University of Toronto, she combines academic excellence with practical expertise. Her extensive background in personnel selection and interview training has equipped her with a deep understanding of the Situational Judgement Test, making her an invaluable resource for those seeking to enhance their skills in this area. As a dedicated educator, Chopra has consistently been at the top of her class and is known for her passion for teaching. Her students admire her engaging style and ability to inspire them to reach their full potential. Her commitment to education is matched only by her exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, which make her the heart of any management team. Chopra fosters a collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to achieve their best. In her free time, she embraces her love for travel and exploration, often sharing these experiences with her daughter and family. This passion for discovery not only enriches her life but also inspires her creative approach to event planning and management. NDECC Lead Instructor
Nikita hails from New Delhi, India. She earned her B.D.S. (Bachelors in Dental Surgery) degree followed by M.D.S. (Masters in Dental Surgery) degree in Prosthodontics from the renowned Manipal University, India, prior to working as a private dental practitioner. Nikita’s clinical experience is backed by numerous awards during the course of her study & several publications to her credit. The desire to “never settle” and practice quality dentistry made her move to Canada in 2019. She aced the AFK exam in February ‘20 with a high score, followed by the November ‘20 ACJ exam. She then cleared the dreaded NDECC exam in September ‘22 in her first attempt, completing her equivalency process in March’23 with Virtual OSCE . Nikita joins us with previous experience in dental training having conducted clinical programs & mentoring dental graduates in the field of prosthodontics. Her strength lies in having a keen eye for detail & the ability to explain crucial concepts with simplicity to help students achieve desired results. When she isn’t thinking dentistry, she loves exploring her creative side in the form of art, design and baking/cooking.
NDECC Lead Instructor
He did his MDS(Periodontics & Implantology) from Patiala (2005-08) and worked as an Associate Professor for 10 years, training UG & PG students. He has successfully completed his AFK, ACJ & NDECC clinical skills exam in the first go. He is passionate about motivating students and is very keen to make a difference in their lives through NDECC Skills training. Apart from dentistry, he is a Fitness Enthusiast, a certified Yoga teacher and is passionate about Modelling, Philosophy & Nature photography. He stands by the words of Rocky Balboa - “Every champion was once a contender who refused to give up.”
AFK Instructor
Rini Sharma is an international Dentist from New Delhi, India with more than 7 years of experience working as a Dentist. Rini started her career working in association with a multi speciality hospital inDelhi. She then practiced dentistry as a Leading General Dentist at 2 self owned Dental setups in Delhi for more than 7 years. Rini shifted to Canada in 2019 and has successfully completed AKF and ACJ exam in NDEB Equivalency process. In her free time, Rini enjoys exploring new places, planning vacations and spending quality time with her family and friends.
ADAT Instructor
An internationally trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. His passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery led him to pursue this specialty after he cleared various national entrance exams in India. Four hospital empanelments and numerous clinic associations throughout the entire south Gujarat belt of India gave him a wealth of clinical experience in the first 5 years of practice. Following this, he spent 4 years practicing as a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at VPS Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It wasn't long before his expertise was recognized, and he became the medical center's Clinical Director. He passed the INBDE, MFDS Part 1(UK), ADAT, and AFK in the 1st attempt within 8 months of moving to Canada, and was invited to interview at four Canadian and US universities. He has been accepted into the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists(ASPID) at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and Advanced Placement Program at University of Alberta. Pandya enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge with fellow dentists. He loves exploring new places with his family and trying different adventure sports in his free time.
ADAT Instructor
Sunita is a committed professional and instructor who loves to make all aspects of dentistry easier to understand for fellow dentists. She is a passionate clinician and an effective communicator. She completed her Bachelor's in Dentistry and Master's in Periodontology from India. After practicing in India for 6 years, she shifted to Abu Dhabi, UAE to practice further as a Periodontist for 4 years. Over the course of 8 months, she passed three exams - INBDE, ADAT, and AFK - on the first attempt after moving to Canada. She has received acceptance from the University of Alberta Masters (MSc) Periodontology Program and International Dentist Advanced Placement Program (IDAPP) at the University of Toronto. Her primary interest has always been periodontology and she will be pursuing a residency in the field. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and playing Badminton.

Vidhi Shah brings with her 10+ years of dental expertise and experience as a private practitioner from India. She graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune in 2009 and completed her certification in Implantology from Lille University, France. Shah’s strength in her dental practice is backed by her vast experience and academic accolades. Her strong interest and passion in dentistry encouraged her move to Canada in 2019. With hard work and firm determination she completed the NDEB Dental licensing process and practices as an associate dentist in Oakville and Burlington. She strives to ensure that all patients understand the importance of good oral health and is committed to providing patient centered care with kindness and compassion. When Shah is not working, she likes spending time with her family. She enjoys travelling and is very fond of art.
NDECC Instructor
Roshini Gopal is a young and energetic, extremely driven individual. Her passion for quality dentistry drove her half-way across the world from India. After earning her bachelor's degree from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, she completed a Gold filling certification course from Indian Academy of Gold Foil Operators (IAGFO), Division of American Academy of Gold Foil Operators (AAGFO). She went on to become the clinical head of a renowned clinic in Chennai for 3 years before setting her foot into the NDEB equivalency process. Roshini migrated to Canada in 2019, to kick start her equivalency process and cleared the AFK and ACJ exams in 2020 and the NDECC in 2023. After making her dream of being a dentist in Canada come true, she joins team JADE with her calm demeanor and a “never say never” attitude to help internationally trained dentists achieve their goals. While she’s at it, she loves biking and exploring new trails in and around Toronto during her free time and she also enjoys cooking.

Joshi started his NDEB journey in 2019, successfully completing AFK and ACJ in Feb 2020 and Nov 2020 respectively. He passed NDECC skills and Situational Judgement together in Nov 2022, in his first attempt and consequently cleared OSCE in June 2023. He likes spending time with his family and his other favourite past time is watching or playing cricket, football or e-sports.

Born and raised in Baghdad/Iraq , Dr. Mahmood began their dental journey at an early age, after completing their dental education at Almustansiriya University/School of dentistry in 2014 , Mahmood quickly distinguished themselves as a standout practitioner with exceptional clinical skills and an unwavering dedication to patient care, he had the privilege of joining one of the most esteemed dental clinics in Baghdad/Iraq which gained him extensive experience across various dental specialities. Mahmood moved to Canada in 2019, started his NDEB journey immediately and successfully completed the Equivalency process in 2023. He was one of the early candidates who wrote the NDECC exam in its new format. Mahmood enjoys spending his free time doing some outdoor activities, making it a chance to explore and learn.

Priyanka Suri is a top-performing dentist with achievements including being a Gold medalist and Distinction holder in 9 fundamental and clinical subjects. She excelled in NBDE Boards and AFK, ADAT exams, scoring 690. With a two-year Clinical Research and Clinical Pharmacology program from NIH, USA, and ongoing Orofacial Pain residency from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, she's highly qualified. Active in ADA and ADEA, she attended advanced clinical training globally, accumulating 500+ ADA-accredited hours. A sought-after speaker, she presented at international conferences, including the American Dental Congress and Asia Pacific Dental Congress. She is the fourth generation in her family's dental legacy.

Beyond her passion for dentistry, Puneet Saini finds joy in a diverse range of interests which includes yoga and hiking. Moreover, she is deeply passionate about community engagement, actively volunteering her time to support various causes close to her heart.

Karan has over 7 years of dental experience in India and has experience with the Brampton Civic Hospital as a Clinical Research Coordinator. He has also cleared his AFK, ACJ, and NDECC exams in his first attempt. He is a soulful individual, ready to guide you through perseverance.

Amani began her own dental practice in 2013 after receiving her training from Beirut Arab University and additional training programs in periodontology and Advanced General Dentistry. Like our other instructors, she successfully cleared her AFK, ACJ and NDECC exams. Amani is dedicated to helping fellow dentists attain their goals.

Inderjeet completed his BDS from Govt. Dental College in Patiala, and his MDS at Govt. Dental College in India. He has experience as a professor and head of department, teaching undergraduate courses. Inderjeet understands the complexities of academia and is committed to helping students succeed.

Shiana completed her BDS from Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha Dental College in Ludhiana in 2016. In 2018, she migrated to Canada to study Advanced Healthcare Leadership at Lambton College in Toronto, aiming to connect with the core of the healthcare profession and gain experience in a culturally diverse environment. In 2022, she began her dental equivalency process and successfully passed all the exams on the first attempt in 2024. She also achieved a high score on the ADAT exam and received an interview invitation from the University of Toronto (UofT). Shiana has been fascinated by the blend of art and science since school, which led her to choose dentistry as her profession. In her free time, she enjoys creating abstract paintings and contemporary artwork.
AFK Instructor
Raksha Sagar is a dedicated dental professional with a distinguished academic and clinical background. After earning a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Government Dental College, Bangalore, she pursued a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Endodontics. With over two years of experience as a Micro Endodontist in Bangalore, Raksha demonstrated exceptional expertise in providing meticulous and patient-focused care. Her passion for education led to a rewarding tenure as an Assistant Professor, where she inspired and guided the next generation of dental professionals. Motivated to embrace global opportunities, Raksha relocated to Canada, where she successfully cleared the AFK and ACJ examinations on the first attempt. Currently, she is furthering her expertise as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Qualifying Program candidate at Dalhousie University, Halifax. Known for her detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellence, she combines clinical proficiency with a passion for teaching to contribute meaningfully to the field of dentistry.

Suprabath Potnuru is a dentist with a strong academic background. He graduated with a degree in Dentistry from GITAM University in Andhra Pradesh, India. After completing a Post-Diploma in Health and Human Resource Management in Canada in 2017, he successfully passed the NBDE Part 1 and Part 2 exams on his first attempt. He has also completed the Canadian Dental Licensing Exams (AFK, ACJ, and NDECC skills) on his first attempt. Outside of his dental career, he enjoys reading books, exploring the latest in technology, and playing cricket and badminton.
